Vacuum System

 Vacuum system mainly consists of oil ring vacuum pump and roots vacuum booster, can achieve 10 mbar   absolute pressure. Under the state of higher vacuum, vapor in the leather can be largely  pumped out in a shorter time, so the machine greatly promotes the productivity.

Such super “LT”  vacuum dryer is widely suitable fro drying  all  kinds of leather  （cattle skin,sheepskin，pigskin, horsehide, ostrich skin etc）.Some tanning art and drying of thin and soft hides,  which could not be made before, become into realities now through the up-to-date technology.

Heating System

High efficient hot water pump:world famous brand,follow international energy-efficiency standards.

Hot water container:special design for flow channel.

The unique heating system acts high efficiency in heat conduction and uniform heating,obviously reduces vacuum time.

Vacuum Releasing System

Unique Vacuum releasing system employs tailor-made mechanisms to prevent condensate flowing back to working  plate to pollute the leather.

Safety System

Hydraulic lock and balance valve:avoid descent of working plates;

Mechanical safety device:Air cylinder drive safety block to prevent the descent of its upper plate（s）；

Electrical stop: Emergency pushbutton（s） stop all movement of machine;

Working plate tracking device: When working plate（s） locate in abnormal position,the machine will stop, and then ensure the safety of personnel;

Electro sensitive protective device:When machine in movement,worker（s） can not access to machine,and when worker（s） is operating,working plate（s） can not move.

Full-order system of safety effectively guarantees the safety of operators and the machine itself. The machine will satisfy the new national standard of Tannery machines Movable platen machinery Safety requirements, which is being established by us,refer to and higher than European Standard EN1035:1998.

Condensating System

Double staged condenser in Vacuum system:

Primary condenser: Each working plate is equipped with stainless steel condensers inside its  front and back sides; Second condenser: at upstream of roots vacuum booster.

Such equipments of double staged condensers speed up the condensation of vapor,enhance the efficiency of the roots vacuum booster and vacuum pump, increase the suction capacity and heighten the vacuum degree.
