GJST4 THROUGH-FEED SAMMING MACHINE
The machine is suitable for the samming and spreading of wetblue leather, such as pigskin, cattle skin and sheepskin.After processed by the machine, the moisture in leather is up to about 50%, completely fits the needs of precise splitting. The machine has a wide working face, especially suitable far process of whole cattle skin. It reduces the labor intensity, enhances the production efficiency, and continuously runs on-line.

Feeding speed can be steplessly adjusted,suitable working speed can be set according to different leather;
Equipped with double blade roller, to realize the stretching of whole leather, accordingly increase the yield ratio of leather. and after samming, the leather has no longer crease.
Pressure roller and felt position correcting set have their independent hydraulic system,accordingly working pressures are guaranteed,uniform samming effect for leather can be available;
The felts tensioning rollers on the top, front and back area of machine are covered with high quality glass fiber reinforced plastics which is material of corrosion resistant.
